If your license key is not working, here are a few things you can check:
- Is the license key is being typed in correctly? The license key is case-sensitive and every character must be identical to the supplied license key string. We suggest copying and pasting your key from the web page or email that contains the key.
- Is the entire key string pasted, or are there extra characters around the key?
- Is the license key value for a different product? Ensure that you downloaded the product that matches the license you purchased.
- Is the license key current? Check the date of the email you received from Steelray that contains the key. Is it from a year ago?
